What Information We Collect
- Identity Details: Full name, age, and gender of all travelers, which are required by hotels and railway reservation portals.
- Contact Details: WhatsApp phone number and email address, used to share invoices, ticket attachments, and coordinate real-time tour assemblies.
- Government IDs: Aadhar cards or passports are collected exclusively when booking train tickets or obtaining restricted forestry permit clearances (e.g. for specific treks).
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Secure your train berths and reserve resort accommodation.
- Coordinate transport pick-ups and guide scheduling.
